Center for Basra and Arab Gulf Studies, Department of Historical Studies, organized a seminar entitled as (Soft Power: from Its Concept to Applications in the Prophet’s Biography)

  The seminar, which was held by Prof. Dr. Mohsen Mushkil Al-Hajjaj, aimed to lay the great moral foundations that Islam brought and apply them in our current era. At the same time, the seminar warned against deceptive methods.
The episode included the elegant methods that the Holy Prophet  followed in guiding people and establishing solid international and social relations.
The seminar was moderated by lect.  Dr. Wijdan Karoun Freih, who emphasized the importance of high morals in building society and the state.
