Prof. Tayseer Al-Rikabi, representative of the Iraqi Academics Union / Basra branch, chaired the discussion of a master's thesis titled as: (Disregarding religious beliefs in Islamic law and its impact on threatening societal peace) by student Sahar Ibrahim Khalaf from University of Baghdad, College of Education, Ibn Rushd for Human Science.  After an extensive discussion that lasted more than three and a half hours. The student showed her scientific efforts, research method, defense of her thesis, and her supervisor praised it. The thesis was accepted with a satisfactory degree and with a very good, high grade.
