The lecturer at the Center of  Basra and Arab Gulf Studies, Assistant Professor Dr. Faraqed Dawood Salman, participated in the discussion session of a doctoral dissertation, which was held in the College of Arts - Department of History / University of Basra, for the student Donia Farouk Saleh, which was titled as:
The policy of the United States of America towards Namibia 1990-1997.
In which the student dealt with the American policy during the rule of three American presidents towards Namibia, and the intensification of the conflict over it during the Cold War.
The thesis was approved with excellent grade
