Center for Basra and Arab Gulf Studies at the University of Basra organized a seminar on the impact of the Global Terrorism Index on monetary indicators in Libya
The study aimed to explain the impact of the deterioration of the terrorism index 0, as it led to a deterioration in the exchange rate, inflation and an increase in military spending.

The content of the discussion was the monetary stability coefficient which was affected by the Global Terrorism Index in Libya, it ranked tenth in the world in 2017, that led to stagnant inflation in that year.
