Prof. Dr. Bashir Hadi Oda, from Economic studies department in Basra and Arab Gulf Research Center, introduced the seminar who tried to shed light on the negative effects of global economy of that war like the increase in oil prices, grains and food oil. The study revealed three expectations for that war

First: optimistic one, saying that the war will stay for one year only

Second: pessimistic one, saying that the war will take many more years

Third: expectation for third world war between Russia, China and North Korea in a side and Ukrainian and its allies from NATO
